Breakaway Leadership Academy

In addition to our in-person training events, the Breakaway Leadership Academy provides an online platform with access to practical training modules and ministry resources from anywhere in the world. This global reach allows us to invest in indigenous youth workers across cultures and equip the next generation of leaders with the tools they need to serve effectively.

Leadership Training Modules Include:

• Establishing a gospel-centered youth ministry
• Understanding influence and developing personal leadership skills
• Building a culture of discipleship
• Mentoring solutions with intentional practices
• Running youth camps and KidVenturez™ programs
• Launching and sustaining a sports ministry
• Trauma-informed approaches for working with children
• Gospel-centered outreach in the margins (street kids, orphans, children of prisoners, refugees, etc.)
