For most prisoners' children, summer camp is only a dream. With mom or dad in prison, these kids are at a higher risk for drug abuse, violence, delinquency, and experiencing prison time as well. But it doesn't have to end up that way – together, we can make a difference!

Our DREAM is to one day open the doors to our very own Chattanooga Dream Academy; a facility that we envision will serve to help inner-city kids succeed in life by providing a place for academic assistance, character development and spiritual enrichment through the students’ most formative years.
There are millions of children left alone and unsupervised each day after school. For these children, the after school hours are dangerous times; times when they are “at risk” for getting into serious trouble. Through Breakaway's after school programs, kids have a safe and positive alternative!
KCM (Kidz Connection Mobile) is more than just a kids program; it’s an experience. Our VISION for KCM is to deploy mobile ministry units all over the city, providing cutting edge children’s ministry and strategic outreach to inner-city kids throughout Chattanooga.
KidVenturez is a program that provides field trips and adventure outings for disadvantaged youth and underprivileged kids, including amusement parks, professional sports events, museums, discovery centers, weekend retreats, resiliency-building activities, and age-appropriate worship experiences.
More than 2.5 million juveniles are arrested every year in America and 70% of juveniles convicted of crimes have gone on to commit crimes again. With Our U.S. prison population increasing 15 times faster than the general population, the urgency for youth intervention has never been greater!
