The E3 Urban Leadership Initiative is to engage, equip, and empower the next generation of urban youth leaders in major cities around the globe.

Through our E3 leadership training, we seek to shape and build leaders who engage their communities through restorative justice, invest entrepreneurial courage and shape reputable character in inner-city youth, mentor the next generation, and are passionate about seeing their city’s young people reached with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

We facilitate conferences and training workshops that help churches, youth workers, and community leaders effectively reach urban youth and empower them to take greater responsibility for their lives and communities.

Some of this training includes:

• Gospel-centered restorative justice

• Understanding and engaging urban youth culture

• Recruiting and developing mentors

• Reaching youth through mentoring

• Building effective faith-based mentoring initiatives

• Shaping an organization rhythm that serves youth year-round

• Instilling entrepreneurial courage in urban youth

• Effective neighborhood outreach

• Facilitating after school programs

• Running a summer camp for inner-city kids

• Juvenile justice ministry strategies

• Restoring dignity in prisoners’ children and families

• Responsible ministry to the poor (a hand-up, not just a handout)
