BX Extreme Sports Events

The Breakaway Xperience is an extreme sports outreach taking the life-changing message of Jesus Christ to youth in juvenile centers, schools, and through community wide events.

Our juvenile center events generally consist of action sports (skateboarding and BMX demos), ATV stunt shows (motorsports), basketball trick shows, and Christian athlete testimonies. The events are integrated with music, concerts, media presentations, and drama productions. By law these services are voluntary for incarcerated youths to attend, yet we are seeing on an average more than 90% of the youths in each juvenile facility attending our services during a Breakaway Xperience event.

A Breakaway Xperience event is also an excellent way for communities to reach unchurched families and young people of all backgrounds. Our community-wide events combine a gripping ATV stunt demo and ‘tricked-out' show quad presentation with a clear presentation of the gospel.

Extreme sports are the fastest growing sports worldwide. This rapidly growing culture consists of some 58 million Americans between the ages of 10 and 24. Three out of five U.S. kids and teens now watch some form of extreme sports on TV. The BX event provides an X-Games quality atmosphere to reach this generation with the Gospel in a unique and relevant way.
