Breakaway and Motor Racing Outreach are working on a new speedway program for at-risk youth. The initiative was kicked off during Bike Week 2004 in Daytona Beach during the AMA Supercross racing event.

Kids from a minimum risk youth correctional facility and other youths involved with Breakaway's community outreach programs were able to attend the racing event, tour the pits, go behind the scenes with professional riders, meet several Christian racers on the circuit, and hang out with the Motor Racing Outreach pastors.

Networking is now underway for this initiative to be put into place at other tracks on the racing circuit.
